Alnasar888 Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the alnasar888 platform, including the website, Android and iOS mobile apps, and all services provided under the alnasar888 name. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you register an account or use any part of our platform.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree" or any action indicating acceptance, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions. If you are registering on behalf of a company or other entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Alnasar888 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

To register and use the alnasar888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration
• A citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia or a country permitted by alnasar888
• Not be on a self-exclusion list from any gambling platform
• Register with accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information
• Not register more than one (1) account per individual

Alnasar888 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Alnasar888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Fraud, falsification of information, or providing false details during registration
• Attempting to exploit system bugs or manipulate games
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Registration and use of multiple accounts
• Money laundering activities or suspicious transactions
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards alnasar888 staff

If an account is suspended due to confirmed fraud, all balances and bonuses in that account will be forfeited. For suspensions arising from other reasons, alnasar888 will process the withdrawal of any valid balance once the investigation is complete.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the alnasar888 customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 working days after all active wagers have been settled.

The alnasar888 platform is provided "as is" and alnasar888 makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Alnasar888 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred while playing – gambling carries financial risks that are borne entirely by the member
• Service disruptions due to planned or unplanned platform maintenance
• Losses resulting from internet connection failure, power outages or device issues on the member's side
• Actions by third parties including payment providers, game providers, or authorities
• Processing delays caused by banks or payment systems beyond alnasar888's control

In any circumstance, the maximum liability of alnasar888 to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Alnasar888 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal changes, or industry policy.

When material changes occur, alnasar888 will notify members through one or more of the following: a push notification in the app, an email to the registered address, or a prominent notice displayed on the alnasar888 website. The effective date of the amended terms will be clearly stated in the change notice.

The official language of these Terms and Conditions is Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any inconsistency between any other language version (if available) and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
